Ukraine Gate &#8211; April 07, 2021 \u2013 Entrepreneurs<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>President Volodymyr Zelensky signed the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rada.gov.ua\/en\/news\/News\/205885.html\">law<\/a> &#8220;On Assistance to Insured Persons for the Period of Restrictive Anti-Epidemic Measures Introduced to Prevent the Spread of Acute Respiratory Disease COVID-19 Caused by SARS-CoV-2 Coronavirus.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The law will enter into force on the day following the day of its publication.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>What the law provides:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>According to the law, natural persons &#8211; entrepreneurs and employees who were forced to cease their activities due to quarantine restrictions in the &#8220;red&#8221; zones, will receive from the state <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ukrgate.com\/eng\/ukraine-news\/will-the-increase-in-the-minimum-wage-affect-the-state-budget\/\">budget<\/a> of Ukraine a one-time material payment of 8 thousand hryvnias.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>In addition to state-guaranteed assistance, sole proprietors and employees will be able to receive additional payments from local budgets if the local government makes a decision.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Material payment can be obtained by registering through the application or the Unified portal of public services &#8220;Action&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Read also:\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ukrgate.com\/eng\/entrepreneurs\/how-to-invest-10000-in-ukraine\/\">How to Invest $ 10,000 in Ukraine<\/a><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"><em>Source: Ukrgate<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Entrepreneurs and employees who were forced to cease their activities due to quarantine will receive a lump sum payment.
