At the end of 2020, MHP founder Yuriy Kosyuk<\/a> put up for sale two yachts – an 85-meter ACE (Ace) and an auxiliary 67-meter Garcon (Boy). The asking price for the yacht is 119 million euros and 24 million euros, respectively.<\/p>\n

Both ships were built in 2012. Kosyuk’s yacht is a floating five-deck villa with a helipad. It can accommodate 10 guests and 30 crew members<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Kosyuk’s big yacht was always accompanied by Garson. Garson’s task was to be the first to find the best bays, berths, parking lots and get to them before the main ship.<\/p>\n

MHP does not comment on the sale of yachts. “We respect the personal and family life of Yuri Kosyuk and all employees,” said IHP spokeswoman Irina Vannikova.<\/p>\n

According to the publication, the sale of “Ace” will help Kosyuk to repay the debt to his own company. In 2019, MHP’s board of directors gave Kosyuk WTI Trading Limited, which owns 59.7% of MHP’s shares, a credit line of up to $ 80 million.<\/p>\n

For two years, Kosyuk borrowed various amounts and partially repaid the loan so as not to exceed the credit limit. In two years, he paid MHP $ 27.3 million. The founder of MHP must return the remaining $ 67.4 million by December 2021.<\/p>\n

MHP does not comment on this topic, limiting itself to the fact that all transactions<\/a> with related parties in the company are carried out in accordance with the approved policy.<\/p>\n

“We disclose all related party information as required by the laws and regulations of the London Stock Exchange,” Vannikova said.<\/p>\n

In 2018, companies related to Kosyuk received almost 970 million hryvnias in state subsidies, and in 2017 – 1.4 billion hryvnias.<\/p>\n

In 2019, Kosyuk’s Zernoproduct MHP received only UAH 29.4 million in subsidies.<\/p>\n

MHP is the largest producer of chicken in Ukraine. The company estimates that it occupies 55% of the Ukrainian chicken market. In the Ukrainian market, MHP is represented by trademarks “Nasha Ryaba”, “Legko”, “Bashchinsky”, “FoaGra”, etc.<\/p>\n
