According to the message of the Minister of Health of Ukraine Maxim Stepanov<\/a>, in Ukraine, 1.8441 million cases of coronavirus COVID-19 have been recorded, the daily increase for April 9 – 17.4 thousand new cases, a decrease compared to the previous day. High rate of hospitalizations per day, but less than yesterday – 4.7 thousand. Fatalities<\/a> per day \u2013 398.<\/p>\n

\u201c17,463 new cases of COVID-19 coronavirus disease have been registered in Ukraine as of April 10, 2021. In particular, 684 children and 394 medical workers fell ill, \u201dthe minister said in a statement.<\/p>\n

\u25aa\ufe0f 4,709 people were hospitalized;<\/p>\n

\u25aa\ufe0f fatalities – 398;<\/p>\n

\u25aa\ufe0f recovered – 10,722 people;<\/p>\n

\u25aa\ufe0f 122,181 tests were performed per day (including 54,420 by PCR, 22,900 by ELISA, 44,861 tests by rapid tests for antigen to SARS-CoV-2).<\/p>\n

During the whole pandemic in Ukraine<\/strong>:<\/strong><\/p>\n

– fell ill – 1,841,137 people;<\/p>\n

– recovered – 1,405,826 people;<\/p>\n

– fatalities – 36,779;<\/p>\n

– PCR tests were performed – 8,622,424.<\/p>\n

Vaccination in Ukraine<\/strong>:<\/strong><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

19,858 people were vaccinated against COVID-19 on April 9, 2021, in Ukraine.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

373,002 people have been vaccinated since the beginning<\/a> of the vaccination campaign.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

\u25aa\ufe0f Vaccination was provided by 143 mobile immunization teams and 867 vaccination points.<\/p>\n

\u25aa\ufe0f As of April 9, 2021, 435,451 people signed up for the COVID-19 vaccination waiting list.<\/p>\n

“Over the past day, the largest number of confirmed<\/a> cases was registered in Kyiv (1,605), Dnipropetrovsk (1,383), Kharkiv (1,343), Lviv (1,342), and Kyiv (1133) regions,” the minister said.<\/p>\n
