Ukraine Gate &#8211; April 13, 2021 \u2013 Education<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In particular, the government&#8217;s decision approved the regulations, which define the features of the formation, reorganization, and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ukrgate.com\/eng\/lifestyle\/the-president-appoints-the-head-of-the-rozdilna-district-state-administration\/\">liquidation<\/a> of territorially separate structural units of higher education institutions.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>It is expected that foreign educational institutions will be able to open their departments in Ukraine in the form of institutes, colleges, vocational colleges, colleges, or branches.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Commenting on the possibility of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ukrgate.com\/eng\/agriculture\/the-necessity-of-establishing-the-boundaries-of-the-land-plot-on-the-ground\/\">establishing<\/a> units for foreign universities in the Ministry of Education and Science, they stressed that this step would allow Ukraine to approach the European Union.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>At the same time, in order to open a branch in Ukraine, a foreign higher education institution must be included in one of the QS World University Rankings, the Times Higher Education World University Rankings, or the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ukrgate.com\/eng\/ukraine-news\/academician-gorbulin-a-chairman-of-the-supervisory-board-of-ukroboronprom\/\">Academic<\/a> Ranking of World Universities. There are no less than 3000.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Legal entities registered in the territory of the aggressor or occupying state will not be able to obtain a permit to operate in Ukraine.
