The Verkhovna Rada<\/a> on Wednesday, April 14, will return to consider three thousand amendments to the “land” bill \u2116 2194.<\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

At the plenary session, people’s deputies<\/a> will continue to consider amendments to the draft law \u2116 2194, of which about 3,000 were submitted.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

The document aims to reform the management system in the field of land relations and remove artificial restrictions on economic activity to facilitate access to land resources of the population and businesses, cancel unnecessary permits, and duplicate procedures for verification of land management documentation.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Following the previous sittings, the deputies managed<\/a> to reach the middle, namely – to the 1518th amendment.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

After the passage of this bill, another one is on the agenda – \u2116 2195, which, among other things, proposes to provide for a new procedure for the sale and transfer for use of land of state and communal ownership<\/a>. In particular, it is a question of the introduction of the sale of the land plots of the state and municipal property or the rights to them necessarily through electronic auctions in the electronic trading system.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

If the Council still manages to reach other issues, a number of bills are on the agenda, including the presidential one – \u2116 4220 – on bankruptcy proceedings.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

The document provides for changes<\/a> that should, in particular, regulate the procedure for holding creditors ‘meetings by videoconference, as well as through a survey, the procedure for confirming the identity and authority of the participant in the creditors’ meeting, registration of meeting results.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Bills planned to be considered in the first reading :<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

on simplification of creation and stimulation of the activity of industrial parks;<\/p>\n

on renaming the Fund for Social Protection of the Disabled and bringing the terminology in line with the legislation in the field of social protection<\/a> of persons with disabilities “with the proposals of the President of Ukraine.<\/p>\n

Bills to be considered in the second reading :<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

to ensure the openness of information on the number of wages in state-owned companies;<\/p>\n

on amendments to the Law of<\/a> Ukraine “On the Judiciary and the Status of Judges” in connection with the adoption of the Law<\/a> of Ukraine “On Intelligence”;<\/p>\n

on the implementation of international criminal and humanitarian law;<\/p>\n

on amendments to the Law of Ukraine “On Motor Roads”.<\/p>\n

It should be noted, as noted by the Chairman<\/a> of the Verkhovna Rada Dmitry Razumkov, consideration of issues related to the reform of the land market will continue in the Verkhovna Rada at least until May, and it is impossible to leave it.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

On Thursday, April 15, an extraordinary sitting of the Verkhovna Rada will take place. Deputies plan to consider, inter alia, the bill on the imprisonment for lying in declarations and bills on amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine and on amendments to the Customs Code of Ukraine.<\/p>\n
