Ukraine Gate &#8211; April 16, 2021 &#8211; Forums and Conferences<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8220;When I spoke with President <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ukrgate.com\/eng\/diplomatic-affairs\/biden-invites-putin-to-meet-in-the-coming-weeks\/\">Putin<\/a>, I expressed my conviction that direct communication between the two of us should be important and advance our effective relationship, and he agreed. To this end, I have invited you to meet in person at a summit in Europe this summer to discuss a number of issues facing both our countries.
