The Minister of Health of Ukraine Maxim Stepanov<\/a> announced that in Ukraine, there are slightly fewer admitting patients in hospitals than yesterday – more than 4.2 thousand. 1.946 million cases of coronavirus COVID-19 have already been recorded, an increase of 10.2 thousand per day on April 17, a decrease compared to yesterday. The high rate of fatalities per day is 250.<\/p>\n

According to him, 456 children and 161 nurses are among the new patients admitting to hospitals. At the same time, 6,523 patients recovered during the day.<\/p>\n

60,380 tests were performed per day. The largest number of confirmed cases was registered in Kharkiv (1,590), Dnipropetrovsk (1,114), Kyiv (597), Odesa (595), and Chernihiv (587) oblasts.<\/p>\n

\n

During the entire period of the pandemic in Ukraine, 1,946,510 people fell ill with COVID. 1,482,079 patients recovered. 39,786 patients died.<\/p>\n

Transcarpathian – 106 cases \/ 24 vaccinations;<\/p>\n

Zaporozhye region – 151 cases \/ 56 vaccinations;<\/p>\n

Ivano-Frankivsk region – 100 cases \/ 94 vaccinations;<\/p>\n

Kyiv region – 597 cases \/ 223 vaccinations;<\/p>\n

Kirovohrad region – 219 cases \/ 29 vaccinations;<\/p>\n

Luhansk region – 65 cases \/ 50 vaccinations;<\/p>\n

Lviv region – 461 cases \/ 401 vaccinations;<\/p>\n

Mykolaiv region – 468 cases \/ 48 vaccinations;<\/p>\n

Odessa region – 595 cases \/ 381 vaccinations;<\/p>\n

Poltava region – 160 cases \/ 76 vaccinations;<\/p>\n

Rivne region – 300 cases \/ 78 vaccinations;<\/p>\n

Sumy region – 540 cases \/ 15 vaccinations;<\/p>\n

Ternopil region – 256 cases \/ 58 vaccinations;<\/p>\n

Kharkiv region – 1,590 cases \/ 50 vaccinations;<\/p>\n

Kherson region – 215 cases \/ 56 vaccinations;<\/p>\n

Khmelnytsky region – 540 cases \/ 196 vaccinations;<\/p>\n

Cherkasy region – 300 cases \/ 27 vaccinations;<\/p>\n

Chernivtsi region – 174 cases \/ 145 vaccinations;<\/p>\n

Chernihiv region – 587 cases \/ 22 vaccinations.<\/p>\n

Data from the temporarily occupied territories of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, Donetsk, Luhansk oblasts, and the city of Sevastopol are missing.<\/p>\n
