Zelensky<\/a> applied personal special economic and other restrictive measures for a period of 3 years against 95 companies.<\/p>\n\n
In particular, among the companies a number of construction and industrial ones (LLC “Poltavabudtsentr”, “Nikolaevbudtsentr”, “Granite”, “M-BUD GROUP” and others).<\/p>\n
\n
Sanctions include:<\/p>\n
\n
1) blocking of assets;<\/p>\n
\n
2) restriction of trade operations;<\/p>\n
\n
3) restrictions on the transit of resources, flights, and transportation through the territory of Ukraine;<\/p>\n
\n
4) prevention of capital outflows outside Ukraine;<\/p>\n
\n
5) suspension of economic and financial obligations;<\/p>\n
\n
6) revocation of licenses and permits for certain activities;<\/p>\n
\n
7) prohibition of participation in privatization, lease of state property;<\/p>\n
\n
8) prohibition of public and defense procurement of goods, works, and services from legal entities;<\/p>\n
\n
9) prohibition or restriction of entry of foreign non-military vessels and warships into the territorial sea of \u200b\u200bUkraine;<\/p>\n
\n
10) complete or partial prohibition of securities transactions;<\/p>\n
\n
11) prohibition of issuing permits, licenses of the National Bank of Ukraine for investments in a foreign state;<\/p>\n
\n
12) termination of issuance of permits, licenses for import to Ukraine from a foreign state or export from Ukraine of currency values \u200b\u200band restriction of cash issuance on payment cards issued by residents of a foreign state;<\/p>\n
\n
13) a ban on increasing the size of the authorized capital of companies, enterprises in which a foreign element owns 10 percent or more of the authorized capital;<\/p>\n
\n
14) introduction of additional measures in the field of ecological, sanitary, phytosanitary, and veterinary control;<\/p>\n
\n
15) termination of trade agreements, joint projects, and industrial programs in certain areas, in particular in the field of security and defense;<\/p>\n
\n
16) prohibition of transfer of technologies, rights to objects of intellectual property rights;<\/p>\n
\n
17) other sanctions that comply with the principles of their application established by this Law.<\/p>\n
\n
The National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine has approved a new package of sanctions against smugglers. Sanctions apply to up to 12 people.<\/p>\n
