Ukraine Gate &#8211; May 6, 2021 \u2013 Health<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;6,038 new cases of coronavirus COVID-19 were recorded in Ukraine as of May 6, 2021,&#8221; Stepanov said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Also for the past day<\/strong><strong>:<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">hospitalized &#8211; 1,849 people;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">fatalities &#8211; 374;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">recovered &#8211; 14,351 people;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">performed tests per day &#8211; 72 373 (including PCR &#8211; 36 945, ELISA &#8211; 12 460, studies by rapid <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ukrgate.com\/eng\/?p=12620\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"12620\">tests <\/a>for antigen to SARS-CoV-2 &#8211; 22 968).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>During the whole pandemic in Ukraine<\/strong><strong>:<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">fell ill &#8211; 2,097,024 people;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">recovered &#8211; 1,711,709 people;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">fatalities &#8211; 45,451;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">PCR tests were performed &#8211; 9,555,109.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In particular, 271 children and 113 medical workers fell ill last night.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Over the past 24hrs, the largest number of confirmed cases was registered in Kyiv (622), Donetsk (599), Kharkiv (544), Dnipropetrovsk (543), and Rivne (403) oblasts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At the same time, 24,494 people have been vaccinated against COVID-19 in Ukraine over the past 24 hours. Vaccination was carried out by 169 mobile immunization teams and 1,147 vaccination points.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A total of 783,812 people have been vaccinated since the beginning of the vaccination campaign, of which 1 dose was received &#8211; 783,810 people, completed vaccination (received 2 doses) &#8211; 419 people (including 2 people who received 1 dose abroad).
