Ukraine Gate &#8211; May 13, 2021 \u2013 Ukraine News<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It is noted that investigators from the State Bureau of Investigation (SBI) came to his residence at 6:00 am on May 13.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The search is being conducted in the presence of Tupytsky, his wife, two young children, and a lawyer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;According to Part 1 of Art. 234 of the CPC of Ukraine search is carried out in order to identify information about the circumstances of a criminal offense, finding a tool of a criminal offense or property obtained as a result of its commission, as well as to identify wanted persons, &#8220;- said in a ruling Pechersk court.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">However, the decision does not provide the content of the evidence, as the petition is limited to the secrecy of the pre-trial investigation.
