The Bundestag on the night of Friday, May 21, passed a law according to which, for example, shuttle buses and trucks will be put into regular operation over short distances.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Kyiv. Ukraine Gate &#8211; May 22, 2021 \u2013 Technology<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The rules apply to fully autonomous driving of the so-called fourth level of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ukrgate.com\/eng\/?p=1443\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"1443\">automation<\/a>. This means that cars will be able to move without the participation of the driver. In emergencies, remote intervention from the control center is possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The German Ministry of Transport said that Germany was thus the first country to put unmanned vehicles into regular operation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Until now, in Germany, the use of autonomous vehicles required a special permit, for example, for the so-called People Mover &#8211; an automated system for transporting passengers on business premises.
