Ukraine Gate &#8211; May 22, 2021 \u2013 Kitchen<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The principle of cooking mushroom skewers is similar to cooking <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ukrgate.com\/eng\/?p=12630\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"12630\">meat <\/a>skewers with only one difference &#8211; both marinating and roasting take much less time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><strong>:<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">0.5 kg of mushrooms<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1-2 cloves of garlic<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3 st. l. oil<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3 st. l. soy sauce<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 st. l. lemon juice<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 tsp. ground paprika<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">ground black pepper<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Preparation<\/strong><strong>:<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Combine the oil with the soy <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ukrgate.com\/eng\/?p=13326\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"13326\">sauce<\/a>, pour in the lemon juice, add the crushed garlic, ground black pepper, and paprika and mix well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wipe the mushrooms with a damp cloth, dry, fold in a glass jar, pour the marinade and leave for 25-30 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Stir the prepared mushrooms on skewers and bake for about 15 minutes on the grill, turning occasionally.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On a side note<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When buying mushrooms, choose small mushrooms of approximately the same size, then the kebabs will look more aesthetically pleasing and baked at the same time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To give the mushrooms a special <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ukrgate.com\/eng\/?p=13888\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"13888\">flavor <\/a>in the marinade, you can add a little rosemary, thyme, or basil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mushroom skewers can be cooked without leaving the house, using the oven.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Read Also: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ukrgate.com\/eng\/?p=13261\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"13261\">Delicious Mushrooms with Garlic and Unusual Cream Sauce<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>Source: Ukrgate<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Mushroom kebabs are prepared very simply and quickly, and they turn out incredibly fragrant and juicy, the main thing is not to overdry them.
