Ukraine Gate &#8211; May 23, 2021 \u2013 International News<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">According to the official Xinhua news <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ukrgate.com\/eng\/?p=14211\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"14211\">agency<\/a>, citing the Dalian Public Security Bureau, a black sedan crashed into a crowd of people crossing the street at 11:47 a.m. (3:47 a.m. GMT) on Saturday and disappeared from the scene.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">According to Xinhua, four people died at the scene, another died at the hospital.
