In Ukraine, 2.189 million cases of coronavirus disease <\/a>COVID-19 have already been recorded, an increase over the day, May 25, – almost 3.4 thousand, which is more than the day before. The number of fatal cases per day is slightly less than the day before – 208.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the past 24hrs, 3,395 new cases of COVID-19 have been detected in Ukraine, including 154 children and 73 health workers. Also, 14,987 patients recovered and 208 died from complications. 1,778 people were hospitalized with suspected or confirmed diagnoses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The number of those who recovered during the day far exceeds the number of those who became infected, today this figure is almost five times higher.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Most new cases were found <\/a>in Kyiv (385), Kharkiv (328), Dnipropetrovsk (277), Zaporizhia (219), and Kyiv (208) oblasts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Data from the temporarily occupied territories of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, Donetsk, Luhansk oblasts, and the city of Sevastopol are missing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Since the beginning of the pandemic, we have recorded 2,189,858 cases of coronavirus infection. Of these, 49,893 people died from complications of the disease, and 1,990,051 – recovered. Today, 149,914 Ukrainians are ill – 11,800 people less than last day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to\u00a0 Worldometers,\u00a0 Ukraine ranks 28th in the world between Japan and Germany. Among European countries, Ukraine is in sixth place. According to the daily number of patients<\/a>, Ukraine ranks 7th in the world and second in Europe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Vinnytsia region – 97 cases;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Volyn region – 64 cases;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dnipropetrovsk region – 277 cases;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Donetsk region – 149 cases;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Zhytomyr region – 54 cases;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Transcarpathian region – 83 cases;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Zaporozhye region – 219 cases;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ivano-Frankivsk region – 54 cases;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kyiv region – 208 cases;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kirovohrad region – 73 cases;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Luhansk region – 68 cases;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lviv region – 172 cases;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mykolaiv region – 154 cases;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Odessa region – 81 cases;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Poltava region – 61 cases;<\/p>\n\n\n\n
