In Ukraine, 2.193 million cases of coronavirus disease COVID-19 have already been recorded, an increase over the day, May 26, – 3.5 thousand, which is almost at the level of the previous day. The number of fatal cases<\/a> per day is less than the day before – 183.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3509 new cases of coronavirus COVID-19 were detected in Ukraine per day. In particular, 193 children and 82 medical workers fell ill.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is stated in the message Coronavirus_info in the Telegram <\/a>channel. It is noted that 1402 people were hospitalized per day; 183 fatal cases were recorded; 16,867 people recovered. In addition, 67,564 tests were performed per day (including 29,280 by PCR and 12,440 by ELISA); studies by rapid tests for the antigen to SARS-CoV-2 – 25 844.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During the whole pandemic in Ukraine:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

 fell ill – 2,193,367 people;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

 recovered – 2,006,918 people;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

 fatalities – 50,076;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

 PCR tests were performed – 10,105,901.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Over the last 24 hours, the largest number of confirmed cases was registered in Kyiv (454), Dnipropetrovsk (284), Lviv (278), Kharkiv (233) and Kyiv (194) oblasts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Also for the past day:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

hospitalized – 1,402 people;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

fatalities – 183;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

16,867 people recovered;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Data from the temporarily occupied territories of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, Donetsk, Luhansk oblasts, and the city of Sevastopol are missing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to Worldometer, a resource that monitors the situation with the coronavirus in the world, Ukraine ranks 16th in distribution and 17th in the number of deaths from COVID-19.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
