In Ukraine, 2.199 million cases of coronavirus disease COVID-19 have already been recorded<\/a>, an increase over the day, May 28, – almost 3.1 thousand, which is less than the day before. Deaths per day as long as eve – 156.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As of May 29, another 3,096 new cases of coronavirus infection have been confirmed in Ukraine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Among those infected with the virus, 144 children and 55 doctors<\/a> fell ill.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1,309 people were hospitalized at the hospital on Friday, 156 people died from complications, while 10,199 recovered in the past 24 hours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

25,401 people were tested by PCR on Friday, and 10,963 by ELISA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Since the beginning of the pandemic in Ukraine, 2,199,769 people have contracted the coronavirus, according to official data; 2,030,415 of them recovered and 50,388 died. During all this time, 10,156,756 citizens in Ukraine were tested for coronavirus by PCR.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Over the last 24 hours, the largest number of confirmed cases was registered in: Kyiv – 377 cases, Dnipropetrovsk – 261, Lviv – 231, Kyiv – 197, and Zaporizhia – 170 – oblasts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
