After that, you need to mix everything well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For minced meat on a fine grinder grind lamb, chicken and onions. Add butter to the stuffing, pour 150 ml of cold water, salt, and pepper.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cut the dough into pieces weighing 30 g and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ukrgate.com\/eng\/?p=9167\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"9167\">roll <\/a>out the cakes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Put 60 g of minced meat inside the cakes and twist the khinkali.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Put boiling khinkali in boiling salted water and cook for 12 minutes.
