Ukraine Gate &#8211; June 20, 2021 \u2013 International News<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;The first case of mucormycosis, known as &#8216;black fungus&#8217;, was reported in a patient from Formosa who had previously suffered from COVID-19,&#8221; the report said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The patient was a 47-year-old woman with high blood pressure, type II <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ukrgate.com\/eng\/?p=7314\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"7314\">diabetes<\/a>, and COVID-19. Thus, after discharge after the coronavirus, the woman developed a headache and impaired sensitivity of the palate. After the inspection, dangerous fungi were found.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The ministry added that another probable case of mucormycosis was also being investigated.
