So it is not surprising that they even add it to pastries. Initially, only black tea was used for it, but now you can replace it with &#8220;Earl Gray&#8221; (which will give the dish fragrant notes of bergamot) or any other at your discretion. This will only make the pastries tastier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Kyiv. Ukraine. Ukraine Gate &#8211; June 20, 2021 \u2013 Kitchen<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><strong>:<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">tea bags &#8211; 2 pcs .;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">water &#8211; 225 ml;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">chicken eggs &#8211; 2 pieces;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">sugar &#8211; 50 g;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ukrgate.com\/eng\/?p=15883\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"15883\">flour <\/a>&#8211; 450 g;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">dried fruits (raisins or prunes) &#8211; 300 g;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">baking powder &#8211; 2.5 tsp .;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">fine sea salt &#8211; \u00bc tsp .;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">butter (for serving) &#8211; 75 g;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">honey &#8211; to taste.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Preparation<\/strong><strong>:<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1. Put tea bags in a large bowl, pour boiling water and infuse for 10 minutes. Then remove the tea bags, add the dried fruit and sugar. Leave in a cool place for 12 hours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2. preheat the oven to 170 degrees and prepare a form for baking bread, covering it with parchment paper.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3. Beat eggs in a large bowl until smooth, then add tea with dried fruit and mix thoroughly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4. Add flour, baking powder, and fine sea <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ukrgate.com\/eng\/?p=9450\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"9450\">salt<\/a>. Mix all ingredients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5. Pour the dough into a prepared baking dish and place it in a preheated oven. Bake for 60-70 minutes. To make sure that the bread is well baked, stick a wooden skewer in it &#8211; if there are no traces of dough on it, then you can take it out of the oven.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">6. Grease the bread with honey, then send it to the oven for another 5-10 minutes to give it a glossy golden-brown hue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">7. Remove the ruddy <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ukrgate.com\/eng\/?p=3578\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"3578\">bread <\/a>from the oven, transfer to a plate, place it in a cool place and leave it there for 90 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">8.
