Who has the right to buy at all: those who risk-taking land, who risk-taking a loan, who risk engaging in agriculture, doing business, and so on. I will give you the example of France. There is a state agency SAFER. If you buy land, SAFER says: you can only grow vineyards or hay for horses on this land, and you cannot sow rapeseed and corn. And you see if you need such land, \u201dsaid the expert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Thus, according to Ivchenko, the country strategically determines the territories and how <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ukrgate.com\/eng\/?p=13097\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"13097\">agriculture <\/a>will develop in them, and in what form.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cAnd we have only a market for speculators and for those who want to sell.
