Ukraine Gate &#8211; June 29, 2021 \u2013 Kitchen<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If we compare these two types of cabbage, it should be noted that cauliflower contains twice as much <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ukrgate.com\/eng\/?p=16135\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"16135\">protein <\/a>as white cabbage, and, strange as it may sound, it has 3 times more vitamin C. In addition, it is rich in vitamins A, PP, H, as well as group B.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The benefits of cauliflower are evidenced by the presence of a large amount of potassium, calcium, iron, phosphorus, and magnesium necessary for our body.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All this suggests that cauliflower should be included in the daily diet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><strong>:<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 head of cauliflower<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">200 g of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ukrgate.com\/eng\/?p=15384\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"15384\">cheese<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">200 g cream<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2 eggs<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2 cloves garlic<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">butter<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Provencal herbs<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">ground black pepper<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">salt<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Preparation<\/strong><strong>:<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wash cauliflower, cut into inflorescences, and boil in salted water for 5-7 minutes, then discard in a colander and lightly <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ukrgate.com\/eng\/?p=11968\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"11968\">dry<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Combine eggs with sour cream, salt, pepper, add a third of the amount of grated cheese, garlic passed through a press, Provencal herbs, and beat lightly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Put the prepared cauliflower in a form greased with butter, pour the egg-sour cream mixture, shake the surface with grated cheese and bake for about 15 minutes at 180-200 \u00b0 C until a ruddy crust.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>On a side note<\/strong><strong>:<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cauliflower <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ukrgate.com\/eng\/?p=14025\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"14025\">baked <\/a>with cheese is a universal dish.
