We currently focus on four key areas – authors, videos, shopping, and messaging, – said Adam.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Mosseri said the first change would affect the authors, but did not say what it would be.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Adam stressed that video is currently the basis of all platforms. Therefore, videos on Instagram will start showing on full screen in user feeds. The social network will become an entertaining video platform, replacing TikTok and YouTube.<\/p>\n\n\n\n – The third change concerns purchases. The pandemic has displaced or accelerated the transition of commerce to online in a few years.
