Ukraine Gate &#8211; July 4, 2021 \u2013 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ukrgate.com\/eng\/?cat=6\"><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">Diplomatic Affairs<\/span><\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The law enters into force on July 4.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;Withdraw from the Agreement on the Main Directions of Cooperation of the Member States of the Commonwealth of Independent States in the Field of Consumer Protection, concluded on January 25, 2000, in Moscow and ratified by the Law of Ukraine of March 7, 2002,&#8221; the document reads.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On June 15, 2021, the parliament passed a law on Ukraine&#8217;s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ukrgate.com\/eng\/?p=7310\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"7310\">withdrawal <\/a>from the Agreement on the main directions of cooperation between the CIS states in the field of consumer protection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Commonwealth of Independent States is a regional international organization created by the former republics of the Soviet Union on their territories.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ukraine was one of the initiating members of the CIS.
