Birla Carbon, the world’s leading supplier of carbon black and a key company of the Indian multinational Aditya Birla Group, has announced the appointment of Madhavi Kanumoory as its new Chief Digital Officer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ukraine Gate – July 4, 2021 \u2013 Entrepreneurs<\/span><\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Birla Carbon is a leading provider of innovative sustainable carbon black <\/a>solutions, with footprints spanning 12 countries with 16 manufacturing facilities and 2 technology centers in Marietta (US) and Taluja (India).<\/p>\n\n\n\n Its products improve the performance of paints, coatings, inks and inks, plastics, adhesives, sealants, textile fibers, mechanical rubber goods, and tires.<\/p>\n\n\n\n In this new role, Kanumoory will be responsible for all aspects of the company’s digital and information technology, reporting to John Loudermilk, COO.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Prior to joining Birla Carbon, she held the position <\/a>of Chief Information Officer at Healthcare Global Enterprise based in Bangalore, India.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Prior to that, she held various leadership positions at General Electric, Bell Helicopters, and Zion Chemicals in the United States and India.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Kanumoory holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from the National Institute of Engineering, Mysore, India, specializing in Electrical and Electronic Engineering.<\/p>\n\n\n\n She will join the company’s senior management team and will be based in the Birla Carbon office in Mumbai.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Praising the appointment, Laudermilk said, \u201cIn a world where rapidly evolving digital tools and data <\/a>analytics offer exciting opportunities, we are excited to welcome Kanumoory to our leadership team.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n He added, \u201cShe has a wealth of experience in driving digital transformation and leveraging information systems to create value.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n <\/p>\n\n\n\n <\/p>\n\n\n\n
