Ukraine Gate &#8211; July 5, 2021 \u2013 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ukrgate.com\/eng\/?cat=14\"><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">Kitchen<\/span><\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><strong>:<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ukrgate.com\/eng\/?p=15789\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"15789\">Cabbage <\/a>&#8211; 500 g;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Minced meat (pork) &#8211; 600 g;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Egg &#8211; 1 piece;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Onions &#8211; 1 piece;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Garlic clove &#8211; 1-2 pieces;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Breadcrumbs &#8211; 100 g;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Salt &#8211; 1 tsp .;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Black pepper to taste;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bread for breading;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vegetable oil for frying;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Stewing water &#8211; 50 ml (3.5 tbsp. L.).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Preparation<\/strong><strong>:<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cabbage and onion cut and send in a blender. The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ukrgate.com\/eng\/?p=16657\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"16657\">most <\/a>delicious cabbages come from young cabbage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Transfer to a bowl, where also send minced meat, egg, salt, and pepper, grated garlic. Stir, add breadcrumbs, mix thoroughly again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Form cutlets, roll in flour and fry on both sides until golden brown for 2-3 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Then transfer the fried cabbage to a saucepan, add 50 ml of water, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes on low heat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It can be served even without a side dish, just with vegetables.
