Therefore, today we offer you a simple recipe for eggplant and bean salad, which will perfectly diversify your diet and enrich the body with useful vitamins.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Kyiv. Ukraine Gate &#8211; July 15, 2021 \u2013 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ukrgate.com\/eng\/?cat=14\"><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">Kitchen<\/span><\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You can eat this salad with baked chicken or as a standalone dish.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><strong>:<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ukrgate.com\/eng\/?p=14060\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"14060\">eggplant <\/a>&#8211; 500 g<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">beans &#8211; 120 g<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">olive oil &#8211; 2.5 tbsp. l.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">sugar &#8211; 1.5 tbsp. l.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">onion &#8211; 100 g<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">ground black pepper &#8211; to taste<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">fragrant pepper &#8211; to taste<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">salt &#8211; to taste<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">parsley greens<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Preparation<\/strong><strong>:<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Beans (you can replace it with chickpeas) rinse with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ukrgate.com\/eng\/?p=16493\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"16493\">water <\/a>for a few hours (but it is best to leave it overnight). Drain the water and boil it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wash and cut the eggplant into small pieces, boil and discard in a colander.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When the water from the eggplants drains, transfer them to a bowl with the beans, stir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cut a small onion into half rings and greens and also add to the eggplant and onion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Add spices to taste to the salad and season it with olive oil.
