Documents required to obtain Ukraine Visa <\/a>2021:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In order to be able to apply for a Ukraine visa, you will have to compile a file consisting of the following documents:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

passport<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ukraine visa application form.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Photography.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Travel health insurance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Financial evidence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Proof of purpose of travel to Ukraine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Proof of return.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pay the visa fee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For minors: Minor children will have to present a birth certificate <\/a>and parental consent which must be attested by a notary public and ID.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
