Ukraine Gate &#8211; July 18, 2021 \u2013 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ukrgate.com\/eng\/?cat=14\"><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">Kitchen<\/span><\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For example, in Bulgaria and Northern Macedonia there is a tarator on sour milk, but without meat and eggs, but with garlic and walnuts. In Lithuanian cuisine, cold borscht or &#8220;khladnik&#8221; is prepared with beets. In <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ukrgate.com\/eng\/?p=16486\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"16486\">Turkey<\/a>, a cold soup based on yogurt with cucumbers and herbs is called a gadget. It is often served with main dishes instead of salad. In Kyrgyz cuisine, you can find milk okroshka called chalop, and in Azerbaijan &#8211; dogramach. According to the recipe below, you can cook cold okroshka with lightly salted kefir-based salmon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><strong>:<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">600 ml of mineral water<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">300 ml of 1% kefir<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">130 g of lightly salted <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ukrgate.com\/eng\/?p=13579\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"13579\">salmon<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3 boiled eggs<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3 boiled potatoes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 cucumber<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2 st. l. lemon juice<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4-5 feathers of green onions<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">a bunch of dills<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1\/2 tsp salt<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Step by step preparation<\/strong><strong>:<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1. Wash potatoes and boil in salted water until cooked. Boil the eggs hard. Wash vegetables and greens well under running water.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2. Cut into small cubes boiled eggs, potatoes, fresh cucumber, lightly salted salmon, green onions, and dill.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3. For refueling we use kefir and still mineral water. To adjust the acid of the cold soup, squeeze into a container of about 2 tbsp. l of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ukrgate.com\/eng\/?p=6647\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"6647\">lemon <\/a>juice. You can add more to the taste. Kefir and water are used in a ratio of 1: 2. For every 100 ml of kefir add 200 ml of water. It is not necessary to buy mineral water to prepare okroshka, you can use cold boiled water.
