He shared a simple recipe that you can use and entertain your <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ukrgate.com\/eng\/?p=8988\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"8988\">family <\/a>and friends with deliciously cooked meat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><strong>:<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">pork neck &#8211; 1 kg<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">onion (large) &#8211; 4 pcs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">swan salt &#8211; 1 tsp.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">green basil &#8211; 4 sprigs<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">mineral water &#8211; 0.6 liters<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">black pepper (coarsely ground) &#8211; 0.5 tsp.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">sunflower oil &#8211; 3 tbsp.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Preparation<\/strong><strong>:<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1. Cut the meat into 4&#215;4 cm pieces, cut the onion into rings and squeeze it into the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ukrgate.com\/eng\/?p=13388\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"13388\">meat<\/a>. Then add all the spices and sunflower oil, mix well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2. Then we need to mash the basil well so that it begins to emit juice and aroma, add mineral water.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3.
