We suggest repeating <\/a>Anastasia’s recipe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n 800 g of rhubarb<\/p>\n\n\n\n 400 g of powdered sugar<\/p>\n\n\n\n 1 lime<\/p>\n\n\n\n oil for lubrication<\/p>\n\n\n\n 1 teaspoon of sea salt<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u00bd teaspoon of match powder<\/p>\n\n\n\n 100 g of peeled pistachios<\/p>\n\n\n\n Preparation:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n 1. Cut the rhubarb, then place in a large saucepan with 175 g of powdered sugar and 100 ml of water and cover with a lid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 2. Bring to a boil, then remove the lid and simmer for 5 minutes until the rhubarb is cooked through. Set aside until cool.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 3. Transfer to a blender and make a puree. Squeeze the juice <\/a>of half a lime. Taste, and if necessary, add more sugar and lime (it should be thin, but not depressing taste).<\/p>\n\n\n\n 4. Beat in ice cream for about 20 minutes or until smooth and set.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 5. To make chopped pistachios, lightly grease a baking tray lined with baking paper with oil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 6. Mix the matcha powder with a little hot water, then add 75 ml. Pour into a small skillet with powdered sugar and put on medium heat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 7. Bring to a boil, stir gently. Simmer for 4-5 minutes or until it turns dark brown-green (or until the temperature reaches 150 \u00b0 C on a thermometer), then pour into a greased pan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 8. Cut into large pieces and pour the pistachios on a baking sheet and 1 teaspoon of sea salt, then allow to cool. Then break into pieces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 9. To serve, let the sorbet stand at room temperature <\/a>for about 10 minutes, then spread on plates and sprinkle with pistachios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n <\/p>\n\n\n\n
