With a few jars of this sauce in stock, you will save yourself from having to run to the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ukrgate.com\/eng\/?p=8146\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"8146\">store <\/a>and buy questionable quality ketchup.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The technology of making the sauce is quite simple, but the result is truly amazing. The rich bouquet of spices used in the recipe gives the plum sauce a delicate aroma and spicy taste.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><strong>:<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 kg of plums<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 pod of chili pepper<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5 cloves of garlic<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">0.5 cups of water<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2 tablespoons sugar<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 tablespoon salt<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2 teaspoons ground coriander<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 teaspoon ground cinnamon<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 teaspoon ground <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ukrgate.com\/eng\/?p=5770\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"5770\">ginger<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2 bay leaves<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2 boxes of cardamom<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4 peas of allspice<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4 black pepper peas<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4 carnation buttons<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Preparation<\/strong><strong>:<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wash plums, pit them, fill with water, bring to a boil and cook under the lid until soft, which should take no more than 10 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Puree hot plums in a blender, boil, stirring constantly, on low heat for 15 minutes, add the garlic passed through a press and chopped chili peppers, and cook for another 10 minutes. Then add all the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ukrgate.com\/eng\/?p=18439\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"18439\">spices <\/a>and seasonings and boil for 15 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Strain the prepared plum sauce, boil it again, pour it into sterilized jars closed with sterile lids, turn the jars upside down, wrap and leave to cool completely.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>On a side note<\/strong><strong>:<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The approximate yield of the sauce from the specified portion is 600-700 ml.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Plums for sauce, it is preferable to choose sour varieties or use plums.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Depending on the variety of plums, adjust the amount of sugar.
