The last grandson of the writer Ivan Franko, Roland Franko, died on August 11 at the age of 89. This was announced on Facebook by the director of the Ivan Franko International Foundation Igor Kurus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cThe staff of the Ivan Franko International Foundation is deeply saddened by the death of the founder and chairman of the board of the Ivan Franko International <\/a>Foundation. The bright memory of this good man will forever remain in our hearts and the hearts of those who were lucky enough to work, make friends, and communicate with him. We are unable to change the circumstances. We only ask God to give us the strength to endure the pain of loss, and to accept the soul of the deceased into the Kingdom of Heaven, \u201dthe Frank Foundation said in a statement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
