Eggs and cheese, which melts during baking, form a thin layer of the future roll.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><strong>:<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>For the roll<\/strong><strong>:<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">500 g of zucchini<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4 eggs<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">100 g of mozzarella <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ukrgate.com\/eng\/?p=16526\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"16526\">cheese<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">a bunch of dills<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">salt<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">pepper<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>For the filling<\/strong><strong>:<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">300 g of sausage<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">200 g of cream cheese<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Step by step preparation<\/strong><strong>:<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1. Rub the zucchini on a large grater, add a pinch of salt and leave for 5 minutes to let the juice. The excess liquid is then squeezed out and drained. It is best to remove seeds and thick skin from a large <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ukrgate.com\/eng\/?p=17640\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"17640\">zucchini<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs, add pepper and mix well. Add grated cheese and finely chopped dill. Here we send the squeezed zucchini and mix well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3. On a parchment-covered baking sheet spread a thin layer of vegetable mass. Bake for 20-30 minutes at a temperature of 180 \u00b0 C. Cooking time depends on the thickness and size of the layer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4. Leave the finished roll to cool for 10-15 minutes, then spread the filling. Grease the finished layer with cream cheese and spread it on top of a slice of sausage. Then begin to gently twist the roll. Put it in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour so that the mass stabilizes and the roll is easy to cut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As a filling, you can use ready-made minced meat, vegetables, mushrooms. Different cheeses are also suitable for making zucchini rolls. If you use creamy or <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ukrgate.com\/eng\/?p=8744\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"8744\">soft <\/a>cheeses like ricotta, then the roll should be sent to a cool place to harden.
