The shooting at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ukrgate.com\/eng\/?p=20872\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"20872\">schoolchildren <\/a>started early in the morning from a passing car at 6:30 am, the police said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A 16-year-old boy was pronounced dead in hospital and another received non-life-threatening injuries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A young girl was also fired upon. She has minor injuries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On September 20, Timur Bekmansurov, a first-year law student at Perm State University, came to the campus of his university with a Huglu rifle and set up a massacre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Six people died. A few minutes later, it became clear that the shooter had written a letter &#8211; a manifesto in which he called his surroundings &#8220;bio-garbage&#8221; and described in detail how he had been preparing to kill for several years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Russian President Vladimir Putin called the event a huge tragedy, and generals and federal ministers flew to Perm with inspections.
