Ukraine Gate \u2013 October 06, 2021 \u2013 Forums and Conferences<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The conference, held in partnership with the United Nations and the European Union, focused on the role of women in societies, with the aim of helping to achieve equality in all types of leadership positions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It was attended by Muhammad bin Abdul Karim Al-Issa, Secretary-General of the Muslim World League, and Kolinda Grabar-Kitarovic, former President of Croatia and activist working in the field of promoting women&#8217;s rights.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Al-Issa said that continuing efforts to enhance friendship and cooperation between <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ukrgate.com\/eng\/?p=21169\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"21169\">nations <\/a>and peoples are an urgent necessity for the peace of our world and the harmony of its diverse national societies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He stressed that women have been marginalized throughout history, depriving societies of their skills and competencies.
