Almost 2.3 thousand people were hospitalized per day, which is slightly less than the day before. This was reported by the <a href=\"https:\/\/en.moz.gov.ua\/\">Ministry <\/a>of Health of Ukraine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Kyiv. Ukraine. Ukraine Gate \u2013 October 12, 2021 \u2013 Health<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;As of October 11, 2021, 11,996 new confirmed cases of coronavirus disease COVID-19 were recorded in Ukraine,&#8221; the statement reads.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Also for the past day:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2,274 people were hospitalized;<br>fatalities &#8211; 352;<br>5,419 people recovered.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">During the whole pandemic in Ukraine:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">fell <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ukrgate.com\/eng\/?p=21560\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"21560\">ill <\/a>&#8211; 2,562,085 people;<br>recovered &#8211; 2,297,899 people;<br>fatalities &#8211; 59,052;<br>PCR tests were performed &#8211; 13,323,492.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Of the patients for the past day: children &#8211; 1,262, health workers &#8211; 227.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Over the past 24hrs, the largest number of confirmed cases was registered in Kharkiv (1502), Lviv (978), Dnipropetrovsk (856), Odesa (816), and Zaporizhia (715) oblasts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">According to Worldometer, a resource that monitors the situation with the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ukrgate.com\/eng\/?p=21262\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"21262\">coronavirus <\/a>in the world, Ukraine ranks 19th in distribution and 19th in the number of deaths from COVID-19.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Read Also: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ukrgate.com\/eng\/?p=21767\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"21767\">8,832 New Cases of COVID-19 in Ukraine<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Source: Ukrgate<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>In Ukraine, 2.56 million cases of coronavirus disease COVID-19 have already been recorded, an increase over the day on October 11 &#8211; almost 12 thousand, an increase of more than a third compared to the day before.
