The Cabinet of Ministers approved a draft of a new version of the law “On Preschool Education”.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ukraine Gate \u2013 October 17, 2021 \u2013 Education<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n According to the agency, the document first proposes to introduce an internship for young professionals in the field of preschool, to implement the principle of “money follows the child”, as well as to implement the academic <\/a>autonomy of preschool education and streamline their typology.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The bill also proposes to ensure equal access of children to quality preschool education, in particular by creating territorial and barrier-free infrastructure, introducing inclusive forms, methods, content, overcoming language barriers, and ensuring the child’s right to education in the language of the indigenous people or national minority of Ukraine. and children with hearing impairments – the right to receive preschool education in Ukrainian sign language.<\/p>\n\n\n\n In addition, the bill contains rules for improving the functioning of preschool education, digitalization of educational and management processes, the introduction of alternative funding <\/a>mechanisms, the development of preschool education of all forms of ownership, ensuring continuity between preschool and primary education.<\/p>\n\n\n\n <\/p>\n\n\n\n
