Cutlet “Eat For Future” brand is produced by the Vienna Insect Company ZIRP. It consists of 38% crushed larvae of the beetle Alphitobius diaperinus (known as “flour worms”, and considered by experts to be a particularly promising source of environmentally friendly animal protein). Another 29% of the composition – mushrooms, 9% – pea protein.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A vacuum pack of two burger slices weighing 200 grams costs 5.99 euros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
ZIRP Insects intends to develop a range of products under the “Eat For Future” brand, and cork has been spent on spent kuru products.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
“It was exciting and innovative work,” said Christoph Tomann, founder and CEO of ZIRP Insects. “The insects are perfect for processing. They have a delicate nutty taste and can be easily incorporated into popular recipes when ground up.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n
According to the company, in combination with mushrooms and pea protein, a special recipe creates a taste similar to meat, but not 100%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
