On the morning of October 31, in the Republic <\/a>of Tuva, Russia, police <\/a>found two underage girls, ages 9 and 14, with multiple injuries<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The bodies of two minor sisters were found near the house on Lopsanchapa <\/a>Street in the town of Kyzyl. A previously convicted 23-year-old native of Tes-Khem district<\/a>, who rented a room in their apartment, was detained on suspicion of murder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The suspect <\/a>had a conflict <\/a>with children who allegedly shouted. As a result, he became angry and threw them off the balcony of the eighth floor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
