. As of today, November 1, Kyiv has entered the “red<\/a>” quarantine zone<\/a>. This was previously announced by the Minister of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine Oleh Nemchinov following a meeting of the State Commission <\/a>on Energy <\/a>and Emergency Situations, UNN reports.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“According to the results, the State Commission decided to establish a” red “level of epidemic danger in the city of Kyiv from 00:00 on November 1, 2021. The red level of epidemic danger provides for a number of restrictions<\/a>, \u201dNemchinov wrote on October 28 in the Telegram channel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In particular, according to him, it is forbidden:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

work of public catering establishments, shopping malls, non-food markets and shops,
holding mass events, etc.
According to him, the restrictions will not apply if 100% of employees <\/a>and visitors to institutions (events) are vaccinated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nemchinov said that an extraordinary <\/a>meeting of the State Commission on Technogenic and Environmental Safety and Emergencies took place today.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kyiv Mayor Vitaliy Klitschko previously appealed to the state commission for thermal power plants <\/a>and the National Assembly – asking to transfer the city to the “red” zone. He also said that Kyiv is introducing strict quarantine <\/a>restrictions from November 1:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Only with a negative PCR test or COVID certificate you will be able to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

food establishments
hotels
institutions and institutions of social protection
gyms and fitness centers
CNAPs, Department of Labor and Social Protection<\/a>, Pension Fund Department
Hold mass events
Visit shopping and entertainment centers
Children and adolescents visit the mall only with their parents – who have been vaccinated or have a negative PCR test.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Also, from November 1, all schools in Kyiv will be transferred to distance <\/a>learning. This applies to all students: from 1st to 11th grade. In this mode, schools will work to improve the epidemiological situation <\/a>in the city.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As for the kindergartens, they will continue to work, but following the rules of the “red” zone. Subject to vaccination of 100% of the staff of institutions<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

They are not going to close public transport. It will work. But it must be carried by passengers who have a vaccination <\/a>certificate or a negative PCR test. These documents will not be checked at the entrance to the vehicle. And selectively – special groups of militiamen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
