This is exactly the case when there is a lot of filling and little dough, in addition, its thinnest layers after baking are crumbly and crunchy, like puff pastry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The dough is not only delicious, but also docile and pleasant to work with. It is very easy to roll out to a transparent state, without requiring additional filling of a working surface with flour.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ingredients:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">for the dough:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3-3.5 cups of flour<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 glass of water<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">0.5 cups of vegetable oil<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">0.5 teaspoons of salt<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For the filling:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">0.5 kg of cabbage<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 carrot<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 bulb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">vegetable oil<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">ground black pepper<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">salt<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">for lubrication:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 egg yolk<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">preparation<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Combine room temperature water with vegetable oil and salt and mix.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sift the flour into a bowl, make a deepening in the center, pour water and oil into it, quickly knead a soft elastic dough, cover it with a napkin or wrap in cling film and let rest for 20-25 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Saute chopped onions in oil with grated carrots on a large grater, add shredded cabbage, salt, pepper and fry until soft.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Download the finished dough with a roller, divide into small pieces, thinly roll them into rectangular cakes, lay out on the edge of each filling, turn the side edges, roll into rolls, lay them on a baking sheet and grease with egg yolk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bake for 20-25 minutes at 180 \u00b0 C to form a golden ruddy crust.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On a side note<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Egg pies can be sprinkled with sesame seeds or flax seeds before baking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The classic filling for versare is cabbage, both fresh and sauerkraut.
