Cyprus has become the first EU country to retain the possibility of entry for Ukrainians, &#8220;Kuleba said on Twitter the night before.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;The second EU country, Estonia, has not closed its borders to Ukrainians. We have preserved all travel opportunities for citizens who have been fully vaccinated, \u201dthe Foreign Minister added today.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Details<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">According to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ukrgate.com\/eng\/?p=23108\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"23108\">Kuleba<\/a>, the Foreign Ministry is working with partners to preserve the freedom of travel of Ukrainians.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Context<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On November 9, the EU decided to exclude Ukraine from the list of countries whose citizens can travel to EU countries without additional restrictions related to the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ukrgate.com\/eng\/?p=23680\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"23680\">coronavirus<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Dmytro Kuleba stated that after the removal of Ukraine from the &#8220;green list&#8221; of the EU, there will be no total closure of the EU borders.
