As the person was in a state of drug intoxication, the qualification was changed from Part 2 of Article 286 of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ukrgate.com\/eng\/?p=19262\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"19262\">Criminal <\/a>Code to Part 2 of Article 286-1 CCU. The new <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ukrgate.com\/eng\/?p=3317\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"3317\">qualification <\/a>is a new article of the Criminal Code, which provides for stricter liability for <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ukrgate.com\/eng\/?p=3111\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"3111\">accidents <\/a>in a state of drug or alcohol intoxication, &#8220;Chubenko said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Details<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The spokesman noted that a report of suspicion under Part 2 of Art. 286-1 of the Criminal Code, after which a petition for the election of a measure of restraint will be prepared.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;The prosecutor&#8217;s office will demand to choose the strictest measure of restraint for the person during the investigation, namely the detention of a person without the right to bail,&#8221; Chubenko said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">What was before<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Yesterday in Kharkiv, a Toyota Land Cruiser knocked down two children right at a <a href=\"http:\/\/crosswalk\">crosswalk<\/a>.
