“According to the results, the State Commission decided to establish a” red “level of epidemic danger in the Vinnytsia region from 00:00 on November 18, 2021,” the official said earlier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Thus, from November 18, the work of catering establishments, shopping malls, non-food markets and shops, holding mass events, etc. is prohibited.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Restrictions will not apply if 100% of employees and visitors to institutions (events) are vaccinated. Also, restrictions on interregional transport will not apply to fully vaccinated citizens.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Quarantine to counter the spread of a new type of coronavirus in Ukraine was introduced on March 12, 2020. Then it was repeatedly continued and in the summer transferred to the form of adaptive quarantine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On September 13, the government imposed new quarantine rules. They came into force in a week – on September 20. The main feature of the new rules is that vaccinated people with a COVID certificate are asked not to be subject to certain restrictions, including the “red” zone. There are two types of certificates – “yellow” and “green”.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
On September 20, the government extended the quarantine until the new year. Ukraine has been in the “yellow” quarantine zone since September 23. Subsequently, 16 oblasts and Kyiv joined the \u201cred\u201d zone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
