In Ukraine, 3.45 million cases of coronavirus disease COVID-19 have been recorded, an increase over the day on November 30 – almost 12 thousand, an increase over the previous day. The number of recovering is higher than the number of new patients. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
“As of November 30, 11,960 new confirmed cases of coronavirus COVID-19 have been registered in Ukraine,” the Ministry of Health said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3,629 people were hospitalized;
fatalities – 557;
26,160 people recovered.

Over the last 24 hours, the largest number of confirmed cases was registered in Kyiv (1592), Poltava (905), Zaporizhia (760), Kyiv (704), Donetsk (666) oblasts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
According to Worldometer, a resource that monitors the situation with the coronavirus in the world, Ukraine ranks 17th in distribution and 17th in the number of deaths from COVID-19.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Quarantine to counter the spread of a new type of coronavirus in Ukraine was introduced on March 12, 2020. Then it was repeatedly continued and transferred to the form of adaptive quarantine in the summer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Within adaptive quarantine, regions are marked with colors – green, yellow, orange or red – the level of danger of COVID-19 spread, depending on the epidemic situation. Due to the “color” of the region, restrictive measures also differ. Yes, the green level implies minimal restrictions. Yellow level – by default operated throughout the country since the introduction of adaptive quarantine. Orange level – set after yellow and indicates a complication of the epidemic situation. Red level – imposes stricter restrictions, as it was during the January “lockdown”.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
On September 13, the government imposed new quarantine rules. They came into force in a week – on September 20. The main feature of the new rules is that vaccinated people with a COVID certificate are asked not to be subject to certain restrictions, in particular the “red” zone. There are two types of certificates – “yellow” and “green”.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
On September 20, the government extended the quarantine until the new year. Ukraine has been in the “yellow” quarantine zone since September 23. Subsequently, 18 oblasts and Kyiv joined the “red” zone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
