“The CDC is working to change the current testing order for travelers as we learn more about the Omicron option; the revised order will reduce mandatory testing time for all passengers from abroad to one day before departure,” he said. a representative of the CDC, whose statement was quoted by the American media.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
“This reinforces the already reliable protocols for international travel, including the requirements for full vaccination of travelers from abroad,” a CDC spokesman said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Currently, the CDC, according to CNN, requires that fully vaccinated travelers undergo testing three days before the departure of their flight from another country.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The CDC still recommends, but does not require, travelers to be tested three to five days after returning, and those who have not been vaccinated should be quarantined.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
