It is noted that on November 29 at 19:35 the police received a report that a 47-year-old worker with a bullet wound was taken to the city hospital from a shopping center.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Police identified witnesses and eyewitnesses to the incident, viewed CCTV footage, and reconstructed the events of that evening. It was established that at about 6:30 pm in the grocery store on 40 years of Victory Street, a conflict broke out between the store owner and the visitor due to the latter’s unwillingness to wear a medical mask.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
As a result, there was a fight, the buyer left the store, but 15 minutes later returned with a weapon in hand. He shot her in the face at the businessman and fled. According to the testimony provided by the victim and eyewitnesses, the offender was intoxicated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
“During the search operations on hot leads \u2026 it was established that a resident of the city born in 1972 was involved in the commission of this criminal offense. The violator had a weapon permit. His traumatic pistol was confiscated,” the police said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Currently, the defendant was informed about the suspicion of committing a crime under Part 4 of Art. 296 (Hooliganism) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The issue of choosing a precautionary measure is being resolved. The sanction under the article provides for imprisonment for a term of three to seven years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
