The shiba-inu dog, named Deng-Deng, was 1 year old when the owner brought him to the Animal Training Center. He was to be taught various commands, such as sitting, pawing, not taking anything without permission.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The man paid for a year of detention and never showed up again. For more than 7 years, the Center has been trying to force the owner to take the dog and pay off debts. Later, the Center’s staff decided to find a new and better family for the dog.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A Beijing court has ordered an 8-year-old dog up for auction after failing to find its owner. The starting price was symbolic – 78 dollars, and the auction was supposed to last a day, but people from all over the world began to come to the broadcast, raising bids every time. Due to this, the auction had to be extended for another 5 hours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The final bet was – 25 thousand dollars. Now Deng-Deng will go to a new family.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
