There are cakes that are prepared for special occasions. And one of them &#8211; the cake &#8220;Drunk Cherry&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ukraine , Ukraingate , 18 , December , 2021 | Kitchen<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ingredients:<br>for biscuit:<br>3 cups flour<br>2 cups sugar<br>1.5 cups of milk<br>1.5 cups of water<br>0.75 cups of oil<br>3 eggs<br>10 tablespoons cocoa powder<br>1.5 teaspoons baking powder<br>1.5 teaspoons of baking soda<br>for cream:<br>3 cups cherries<br>200 g of butter<br>1 can of condensed milk<br>150 ml of cognac<br>for glaze:<br>50 g of butter<br>3 tablespoons sugar<br>3 tablespoons cocoa powder<br>2 tablespoons milk<br>Preparation<br>Fill the pitted cherries with cognac, cover and leave to insist for 2-3 days, shaking occasionally.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For the biscuit, combine the sifted flour with the sugar, add the cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder and mix.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Beat the eggs lightly and, without stopping the beating, pour in the milk and oil. Then pour the dry mixture and mix well to obtain a thick homogeneous dough, then pour boiling water, mix quickly, pour the dough into a parchment-lined form and bake for 1.5 hours at 180 \u00b0 C.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cool the finished sponge cake completely, cut off the top, and from the base choose a spoonful of crumbs to get a box.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Whip the softened butter with condensed milk, adding some of the cherry syrup.
