The beginning of the new year in Ukraine will be accompanied by light snow and sleet and not too strong frosts – up to 7 degrees below zero at night. It will be colder on January 2-3. Such an approximate forecast was provided by the Ukrhydrometcenter .<\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to the approximate forecast, January 2-3 will be mostly without precipitation; temperature at night 7-13 \u00b0 frost, in the daytime 4-10 \u00b0 frost, in the south 1-6 \u00b0 frost.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The average monthly air temperature this December, according to Ukrhydrometcenter, was expected to be from 4 \u00b0 C to 3 \u00b0 C, which is close to normal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Monthly precipitation was expected to be 33-78 mm, in mountainous areas in places 81-105 mm, which is within the norm (in the north-eastern part slightly less than normal).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
